At Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon, we are committed to giving back to the community and trying to improve the quality of life for our fellow community members. Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon supports numerous community involvement initiatives both in the legal forum as well as in other areas. Below are some of the initiatives we support:
The Illinois Bar Foundation, helping those with limited means have a meaningful access to the civil justice system.
The Chicago Bar Foundation, helping make the legal system more fair and efficient for everyone.
The Union League Boys and Girls Clubs helping to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential. Their three program areas are geared towards Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character & Citizenship.
Sprinkler Fitters Local 281, providing summer camp for children burned in fires and helping to provide specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans. Attorney Kevin Veugeler and Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon Law Firm are proud to support this great cause.
Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon’s donation to For the Macs: Playing it Forward provides funding to the Tradition of Excellence Scholarship program for McAuley students. This scholarship is awarded to freshman legacy students of Mother McAuley. Due to the success of last year’s outing, they were able to raise $129,000 for scholarships for the class of 2017. The Tradition of Excellence Scholarship is an integral resource that makes a McAuley lifetime advantage possible. Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon believes in their mission to education young women for lives of leadership and service.
