Heparin, a blood thinning drug used to prevent blood clots has recently been recalled by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) because of serious health risks and possible death associated with the use the drug. If you are in possession of one of these recalled products and you believe that you have become sick due to the medication, don’t throw out the medication just yet. Instead, you should discontinue use immediately, but save the partially used bottle – it could be used as valuable evidence in court. Finally, you should contact the offices of Healy Scanlon Law Firm for legal guidance. For more information on Imported Drug Recalls and Heparin, click here.
