On July 30th, Healy Scanlon Law Firm hosted a reception at the Wit Rooftop Patio for both the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group and the Motorcycle Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). The Mission of AAJ is to promote a fair and effective justice system-and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.

He is currently Chair of the Motorcycle Litigation Group, Past Chair of the Truck Underride Litigation Group, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group of AAJ. At the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) in July, Dennis M. Lynch was unanimously elected to the Board of Governors of the Interstate Trucking Litigation Group (ITLG). The Board of Governors is the executive committee of the ITLG, which is the largest national organization of lawyers dedicated solely to representing individuals injured in interstate trucking accidents. ITLG hosts provides for the sharing of information between lawyers, hosts educational events, and lobbies Congress concerning safety conscious trucking legislation.
